Question for The Simpsons: Tapped Out

I recently paid for 60 donuts but the purchase didn't show up. I then exited out of the game and tried to restart it, still no donuts. I then exited the game and restarted my nexus. Now the game won't even let me in my town. It says tap to continue but when I do it goes straight to my desktop. What should I do?

This is not the best place for you to obtain that sort of help - you need to go to the Origin home page and log into your account there, then submit an official help request there.
