Question for The Simpsons: Tapped Out

Ever sense the update it's not saving my Xp points stuck at 52000 it will and up while I'm in the game but when I exit it goes back to 52000 how do I fix please help

Im having the same problem as you whilst on my game my XX goes up but as soon as I visit my neighbours it goes back down to 64000 also I am loosing snakes and eggs I had 867 snakes and 78 eggs whilst playing in my town as soon as I visit my neighbours I loose between 60/90 snakes and between 20/50 eggs come on ea sort this out whats the point in playing when I don't get my ex and I'm loosing snakes and eggs
