Settings/ storage/ apps/ tapped out/ delete data

This doesnt work on my android tablet. Any other ideas please. Ive tried un installing and rebooting but that wont work either.

I have had the same problem on my nexus 7. I think there is a setting to not save data in backup and reset in settings but I tried clear data and uninstalling it and neither worked. I wish ea acknowledged that you can't do the log out thing when it says 'tap to continue' on android
