Question for The Simpsons: Tapped Out

I was on level 25 put a new password and lost everthing so I start again got to level 12could not unlock the control building and Bart tree house and now on level 13 still got no Bart Whot is going on it is a pain in the bum help please

What you did was create a new town and account. What you need to do is go to the Origin Site and have the site send you your account info for the email address that is attached to your original town and then use that to log in and play.
