How do I send valentines cards to other characters in the springfields of my friends?

If I don't how is that my characters are receiving valentine card from other players.?

There are several bugs, generally the card vanish when visiting another Sprongfield. Just keep trying and revisit your friends Springfields and, maybe, if you're fast enough you manage to tap on a card...

I can't send them either. It won't do anything when I tap on The Characters like it says to.
