Question for The Simpsons: Tapped Out

I hv a mission for Smithers to exercise for burns only it's locked. It says I hv to hv burns to unlock which I alrdy hv him. Is anyone else hvng issues w this? How do I fix it?

Burns must not have a task, when you command Smithers to complete the task. If Burns is not working on a task, Smithers will get on a bike, ride over to Burns, then both will ride together to exercise.
