Question for The Simpsons: Tapped Out

What's the fiery green stuff in my town by the mountains. I can't clean it up and I can't build over it. It's driving me crazy?! Anyone got any idea what/why it's there? Please help!

It's burning bush and it's premium stuff.

That's a burning bush, you can't sell it as far as I'm aware, but you can possibly put it in your inventory, or you can just move it elsewhere in your town.
