Question for The Simpsons: Tapped Out

I keep losing friends and I cannot log out or long into Origin games. Im frustrated and unsure what to do.

I am having the same problem, lost all my friends at tea yesterday but turned phone off for an hour and I got them back, unfortunately have just gone on tapped out to find I cannot login now I could do with some help also, add me as neighbour Darrenme

I had the same problem. Just delete and reinstall The Simpsons tapout.(I know you might be worried that if you delete it you might lose all data, but if you have an origin accout it will be saved regardless) In might take you too the "reconnecting server" page a couple of times before it works. Let it download and if you had a origin account it should bring you're Springfield back with all of you're friends.

** I did this on my ipad. I cannot varifiy if it will work on other devices.**
