Question for The Simpsons: Tapped Out

I have added a friend on origin and cannot see their village. It doesnt even come up where my friends villages are. Does anyone know why this is happening? X

I added my friend on the game, but I can not enter her town, but she keeps telling me how she has been egging my houses and toilet papering my trees, I used to be able to enter another friends town, now it doesn't, maybe it's the phone Update, so I will try with my dads phone, but it is really bothering me, I WANT TO VANDILIZE HER TOWN!!!! , so no, I don't know an answer, people say to remove them as friends and re add them, I tried this twice, her deleting me and re-adding me, and also me removing her then re-adding her, none worked, nor did removing the whole app :(

Did you find a way to fix it?
