Whenever I try to see my friends city it quits the game! Can someone pls help Me!!

Im not sure it happens to my brother to but not me it's very wired

I figured it out! I had the same exact problem and it made me want to quit the game because I wasn't able to finish some of the quest that require you to visit other springfields. Here's the SOLUTION: You would have to log out of your "origin" account then log back in. Then you go into the "friends" tab, then "My Friends" and you would have to start deleting ALL friends who have NOT been playing (I.e. 1 week or more) to do so you have to click on their name then go into their profile and then click the + (plus) sign and Remove friend. Do this to all the friends who have not been playing and then your Simpsons Tapped Out should return back to normal and you will be able to visit other Springfields! HOPE THIS WORKS FOR YOU GOODLUCK! & ADD ME THERADLAD
