Hey I've updated the game and I have 128 treats and I was wonderin how do spend them like on new people and buildings and how do you unlock the house of horrors and the bad dream house? Plz help and if you want a frind you can add ill add back jmart05

Most are unlocked through quests and can then be purchased using the treats.

The house of horrors is only unlocked after the Mayan God is unlocked, it costs treats to build the house of horrors which then unlocks flanders devil costume and the evil Krusty doll, and I think after the evil krusty is unlocked at some point you can get bad dream house for 100 treats

You need a hundred treats to build house of horrors, then 300 treats to get the burns monster and another 300 to build evil place of worship.
