Question for The Simpsons: Tapped Out

What happen to my game?I'm on level 20 and I lost all the stuff we built..I even collected lot of money and now it's all gone.the game starts from scratch again.

This happened to me. You need to Log out and Log back in with your original email that you used to start with. I think sometimes it goes offline and when it comes back on it does as an anonymous user and it's not actually your game that opens up again. Thats why you shouldnt tap continue but instead tap log out. Then log in from the start with your email and password.

Same has happened to me and I've tried logging in and outt again and yet it still hasnt saved my game and was on level 16!

Same happened to me. I worked on this game for a month and would really appreciate getting it back. Can we please be given a solution of some sort?

Same happened to me!! I was on level 26 then it logged me out, but when it says tap to continue, it doesn't have the origin sign in. So I went on the website of origin and tried logging in but it won't work. What do I do!!

I also was on level 20 and got kicked out by origin back to start all progress gone! After a couple hours and password resets was able to get back entire game using original email address good luck hope this helps.
