Question for The Simpsons: Tapped Out

I purchased over 600 donuts from my iTunes account and they have not shown up on my balance I have done every thing they recommend such as turn off device log out and back but still no donuts. How can I get my donuts?

Really the only thing you can do is Contact the app developer.

The same thing happened to me.
Just visit another Springfield and then back to your own again and it syncronizes.
Thats it.
Yoy should now have the Donuts :-)
