When is the next update?
Because I can go to the Nether, buf I've never gone to the End, since I have to wait for the next update.

There really is no planned time in specific, there could always be a bug or a glitch in the code that could prevent them from officially releasing it. As they get closer to completion though, you may be able to been a 'beta tester' as it's called, and basically play a PE snapshot. This was only done once though, and you needed to do it through the Google Play Store, so Apple devices wouldn't be able to play it 'till the official release. As for the date of this release, it unknown. You can always check in with Minecraft updates on mojang.com, too.
