Hi.
If you mean the nether or the end then I can help. If you mean a map ID or something else than I can’t help.

Nether :
Build a 4x6 vertical rectangle out of obsidian. Leave a 2x3 hole in the center for the portal. Then ignite the nether portal via Flint & Steel. A purple haze should appear in the middle. Stand in the haze and it will eventually take you to the Nether.

End:
For the end you have to find an underground dungeon. You can find them by killing Enderman and throwing their eyes into the air. Their eyes will fly a short distance in the direction of the dungeon. You might have to kill a bunch of Enderman in order to do this.
Once you find the dungeon you will find a room with tons of weird blocks on top of lava. Put an eye of ender in each of the blocks and a black portal should appear in the center of it all. Jump into the port and you will be taken to the End where you have to kill the Enderdragon. Very difficult but fun.
