Question for Minecraft: Pocket Edition
I made the nether rector and got the obsidian. I made the nether portal and clicked on it with the flint n' steel but it didn't make the portal. I really want to go to the nether what do I do? Can you go to the nether on your iPad?

You need to craft a nether reactor and put it onto a cross of cobblestone 3 down and 3 across like a cross and in the 4 spaces put 4 blocks of gold then put the same pattern of cobble on top and hit the reactor with a sword

There is not a proper nether yet. You only get sent to a small obsidian filled area that spawns random things and pigmen just now. If you are quick enough you can mine and retrieve some of the gold blocks.
It's a waste of 36 gold in my opinion just now.
