First you need a "flint and steel" then you equip the "flint and steel" then you click the TNT and it should work (flint and steel is on the weapons section btw)

Well flint and steel in creative doesn't exist

0.10.0 came out recently, so you should already ahve an item in creative called "flint and steel". Put it in your hand and just tap the TNT to ignite it.
