How to I open the Build Store. Can open first tab on each category.

I am at level 23. I can't build decorations because I can't get off the first screen. Nothing but footpath, brick road, street lamp, and wooden bench shows. I know there are other decorations on other pages, but no icon to get past first page. Last summer I played this game and was able to flip from screen to screen. Now I can't

Same problem for Residential.. Only shows hut, house, mansion, and VIP house. Have purchased all but VIP house. Can't access more option pages.

Same problem for Industrial. Only warehouse, mango, fisherman's hut and logger's hut. Can only access building others when I get instruction quest to do so.

Same problem Military. Only barracks, pikeman, infantry, and musketeers.

Please help.
