How to find the helm at quebec

How to find the helm at quebec? Have traded with Quebec several times but how do I find 'the helm'?

After multiple trips I have just received the helm. I am level 13 on the crowns and level 10 on the cups. It may be linked to one of those.

Make your trade again, but stay ingame for the hour or hour and a half that the trip takes. I tried twice and failed, but third try I stayed in game the whole trip and it was successful.

I think that you need wifi? Or just keep going to Quebec.

To find the helm, you need to send at least 3 expeditions to Quebec. But if you want a guarantee that the THIRD trip will be successful, before starting your expedition do some actions:
1) go to settings on your device (not in the game!), then go to "screen" and change the time, after which your display turns off, to "never";
2) turn on the Wi-Fi. I don't know will the Wi-Fi help you or not, but if you can connect to the Internet, do this;
3)go to "Maritime Kingdom" and set the sail. DO NOT TURN OFF THE SCREEN before the expedition ends and DO NOT USE CRYSTALS to speed up the trip;
4)wait for the end of the expedition, accept the ship and receive the helm.
It would be very well, if your device had enough energy to work nearly 2 hours. Good luck!
