Most buildings you can put into storage and get them out again on the desired new spot!
When you open the triangle option at the right side, you find 3 options: achievements, warehouse, actions. Click actions. Here you find the options: move , put into storage, sell. Press the move button, and then press the building or road you want to move. Now you can move it to a new position.
