Hi! I'm stuck on the quest where you have to find and release the key and unlock the door. I think it is one of the last tasks. I'm n the first year by the way and

To unlock a door you find a key. Then you click on the lock when it is glowing blue. If that wont work use the spell shaped like a key hole.
