Why does my inventory items always say charge when I try to use them?

I can't use anything I have collected to assemble collections even though I have 4 or 5 already. Please help. Thanks!

I don't know how late he my response is, but you may have all the right items that you need to make the item, but not assemble it. TO the right of the assembly box is another box that contains items, if any say zercick on that item and figure out where to find that item so you can assemble it
