How do I start a new game
I would like to start a new game from the beginning, is it possible?

Yes, it is. You can start over with all of your game data erased as if you were playing the game for the first time. Pretty useful if you prefer to start in a different house.
To do this however, you will need a Facebook account.
Here are the steps you need to go through to reset your game and start over.
1. Start the game and in the settings menu (gear icon), select Account Info.
2. Connect your game to your Facebook account then close the game and log out of Facebook (The Fb app too)
3. Delete the game from your device.
4. Clear Cache and Cookies from your device.
5. Now log back into Facebook, and find Harry Potter Hogwarts Mystery in the active apps section. Now select the option to remove, and delete all posts, photos and videos from the next menu.
6. Next, you need to download the game again, fire it up and you should be good to go from the initial page title screen! Good luck!
