I won the race against the other cars but and it says mission passed but then it will not let me do any more missions that's the only one that it will let me do. No other missions show up on my map either on the 8 ball bomb

Maybe it is the end of gta 3 and now you will have to play gta 4, I am stuck on this bit too except for I am rubbish at the race so I don't win! Is there any cheats you know of, to complete the race 1 st?
