When my customers finish looking at themselves in the mirror they get brokenheartend

My customer walks in and grabs what they want then they go to a full length mirror then it turns broken heartened this also happens when they grab like a shirt they go to a fitting room and then they come out with a brokenheart also please help I have enough changing rooms and mirrors so idk why this is happening! :(
