Question for Fashion Story

I've been working hard all week to complete a goal to unlock an item, and I've just completed the goal, and it says that the item is still unlocked ? How to do I get it ? X

I had the same problem. Go to Design, Decorations, Then scroll all the way to the end. Your welcome. Smile
