Question for Fashion Story

My customers keep leaving my store with broken hearts after leaving the dressing room or trying something on in front of the mirror. I haven't played this game in about 5 months, this didn't happen the last time I played. Why do they keep leaving with broken hearts?

Make sure you have enough mirrors and walls and add a few dressing rooms. I had that same issue and I added a few more props, dressing rooms and mirrors. Now all my customers leave very happy. Add me frenchkisss

I have all of that and they still leave unhappy
Guest answered:

Your cash register could be blocked. Make sure you don't box them in a corner. As if the cashier needs to be able to walk out and attend to the customers.

Thanks for the cashier register crowding. I guess they think they're getting a break....lol I did like you mentioned. So they can walk all around it and it worked beautifully. I did have to store some furniture to do it.

I can confirm, what was mentioned above: move the cashiers away from the walls, so that there is a way to walk around it. With me it worked perfectly.

I just tried this myself and it works! I went from 50% of my customers leaving broken hearted to a whole stream of happy customers all at once. :D

I have moved the cashiers away from wall, moved the dressing rooms, and the mirrors. still picky chicks. Are they certain clothes & accessories that they like? I do have 100%, but the pickiness continues.

FOR THE PEOPLE WHO READ THESE REPLIES AND ARE STILL HAVING TROUBLE:

What really helped me out was realizing that I have to keep a certain amout of tables/racks for a certain area. Dont crowd your shop. No matter how neat you think youve organized the place, if there are too many tables in a small amount of space, no matter how many times you rearrange it, your customers will think it's too crowded and leave unhappy.

Try putting a few tables and racks in storage. This really, REALLY helped me.

Put some things into storage until you have enough time and money to expand your shop.

I reduced the amount of dressing rooms and mirrors. I now have three cashiers, four dressing rooms and five mirrors and that seems to balance everything out, now everyone is happy.

THAT STILL DOESN'T WORK BECAUSE I JAVE ONLY 2 RACKS 2 TABLES 3 MIRRORS AND 3 DRESSING ROOMS AND THEY ARE STILL ANGRY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I had kinda the same problem, but different, In mine I had these clothes and then I redecorated but I used every single item I used previously, but in a different order, In my first design, everyone was happy, but in my second design, people had broken hearts and I used everything I previously used. So I'm confused, on your boutique and mine,
.

Guest answered:

I am having the same problem. I do have a lot of tables and racks but I am about to expand. Maybe I should store some until I do actually expand. Thank you. I was thinking it was because I had switched from the "cheap" clothes to the "expensive."

Guest answered:

Is your cashier blocked? If you don't see your cashier, then the might be blocked and that can lead to broken hearts. Try moving your cashier around till you can see her. That's what happened to me. Hope this helps.

Guest answered:

If your customers are leaving with broken hearts, it means you have less cash registers. The same problem occured to me for weeks, then came a goal in which I had to purchase 2 cash registers. And then the response of customers improved magically, all the customers went with happy pink hearts. The reason this is happening is when a customer tries an item of your boutique and comes out of the changing room, she wants a cash register to be empty for her to buy it. But when a cash register is occupied, the customer leaves with a broken heart. This worked for me, I wish you should try this as well.
