What does the symbols above there heads and what do they mean? If someone can expain in detail or they can put the symbols and meanings that would be awsome.

The hearts mean they found an item in your store that they liked and they are going to buy it. The broken heart means thag they didnt like an item or they couldnt find a mirror/ dressing room. The mkre hearts you get the more people will come into your store. You can see how many hearts you have at the top of the screen. There is a bar with a heart on it. If yoir bar stays at 100 thay means all of your customers are happy and are purchasing items.

A heart means they are happy, a broken heart means they did not like an item, could not find a mirror or dressing room. If you see a dressing room in the thought bubble and then a broken heart immediately after, it means they could not find a dressing room, same thing goes for the full length mirror.
