Question for Fashion Story

Hi, I have customers with broken hearts and I don't know how to fix it, I have enough cash registers and change rooms and everything, so I don't know what they need? In the little 'thought bubble' above their heads, it's like a sideways envelope looking thing, then it turns into a broken heart and they leave? Any ideas what this means??

You need more mirrors. The envelope thing youve experienced is a full length mirror, and it turns into a broken heart because youu either need more or you need them closer to the area that it appears at.

Alright first but the clothing that has the most which takes the longest, save up to expand, buy dressing rooms and mirrors.
Guest answered:

Ok all you need to do is either is add clothing to your store, add mirrors or add changing rooms! Smile

The mirrors, changing rooms, ect. Can be filled(customers are using them at the moment and there are none available)
Guest answered:

Sometimes you need to add a clock. Sometimes you need to add a cashier or put them in better view. There are some customers that you just can't make happy. If you're at 100%, then don't worry about it.

Guest answered:

If you have mirrors on the walls, make certain you don't have anything blocking them. If you do have a table in front of a wall hanging mirror, customers can only use the mirror if something is on the table.

They walk out unhappy because the clothes are too pricey. You need things from different prices?
Guest answered:

Isn't that a normal women thing? 90% of what you try on does not fit correctly.

Guest answered:

I know EXACTLY what you need to do, I noticed a pattern of good hearts and bad hearts depending on WHERE the fitting rooms are. In my game, the fitting rooms HAVE to be in the top right hand corner, or 50% of the people leave with broken hearts, When they ARE there 100% of them leave happy, unless I need more fitting rooms or something. So try moving your fitting rooms to a different area, and find out what spot works on your game.

It happend to me and the problem was that the cashier was blocked by a table

MonsterNERD answered:

You Can fix your broken hearts by , Ordering Clothes As Much in your rackets and counters. They'll come in and get anything they want! Then your Hearts Will go to 100

Guest answered:

I fixed my costumer's broken hearts by adding more cashier and putting them in front of the fitting room and mirror. So by the time the costumer is done in fitting, the cashier is already in their front.

jesandme answered:

I rearrange my furniture and tables and make everything more accessiaccessible. I ususually see broken hearts too when I haven't ordered the full set of a theme. I also check which clothes are making them heartbroken and remove them entirely. Pink hearts to everyone
Guest answered:

Make sure all of your clothes shoes and accessories are from the same design they don't like it when you have different accessories with different clothes make sure is all from the same bundle that I make him happy too

Guest answered:

I tried everything and still had broken hearts. I started to visit and like neighbors items and came back to my shop and found everyone happy. No more unhappy customers. Worked for me maybe will work for you too. Smile

Guest answered:

It's because you CASHIER(not cash register) is trapped and can't get to a door. It only takes one cashier to be trapped that will make you lose hearts.

jdolapremium answered:

1) Avoid putting racks or tables near/beside/the back of cash registers. Whenever you arrange items right beside or at the back of cash registers, no matter how many changing rooms or mirrors you have, you will still have a few with broken hearts. I have tried and tested this and it is true everytime. I used to arrange a few small tables with accessorise near cash registers (like how real stores have small items near cash registers), but found this is the reason why we customers with broken hearts.

2) Put changing rooms near clothing racks and mirrors near items on tables. Smooth feng shui makes customers happy.

3) That's about it!

I find that reason no 1 is the most common. I've seen this even in those stores with level 99 players. Try it!

First reason was my issue. Thanks <3
Guest answered:

The sideways envelope is a dressing room

Guest answered:

Make sure your cashier isn't closed in. It's really the only thing you need to do if you have enough mirrors and changing rooms
