Question for Fashion Story

How come my gems lost? I got 28 gems yesterday. But appeare 3 gems today. I don't know why like that? Any idea?pls

Apparently you accidentally pressed "buy slot for 25 gems " it comes out at the end of the catalog and you meant to press the item right next to it on the left side. It happened to my sister also.

so what happens when you accidently buy something with your gems, because i accidentally bought 10,000 coins for 10 gems and i dint want to. so how can i get my gems back?

I have 21 gems. And when i opened it they were 17 and if i need to buy a slot it costs me 49

This morning I had 17 gems and at lunch 10 dissapeered. I wasn't even on the game looking at things to buy this morning so how could I have bout anything!!!!!!

Hey Guys, I had that same problem. One day I had 14 gems, then the next day I had one. I asked my friends about it, and they said they didn't know. So I tried to figure out how I got them, but then I realized I never went on that day. So IDK but I think TeamLava just upfated the server and they were all gone. But still though. That took me like 2 months to save up. If anyone has any answers please post them, I would like to know them. Someone should even try contacting them. So my suggestions would be
1.Contact TeamLava
or
2.Just Go With The Flow And Let It Go.
