Why do customers leave angry when there are lots of dressing rooms and the racks are full?

Each time a new customer comes in they either look at tables for purses, shoes, etc. And when they find something that they like, they have to see if it looks good on them in the mirror before they check-out. It is the same with the racks. The shoppers find something they like and they try it on. The customers start getting angry when there are no available dressing rooms or mirrors (full body length mirrors)which makes them leave with broken hearts if none are free within the next moments after they find what they want. To prevent this from happening, try to earn more money to buy more mirrors and dressing rooms

Customers need clear paths without furniture in their way

That was happening to me too. I have three registers. I had 2 next to each other & the third opposite the doors. The third one was not alined with the other two and that made the customers come out of the dressing room with broken hearts. Once I alined the registers I had no more broken hearts. Make sure the registers are in straight line either vertically or horizontally, not necessarily close to each other. Hope that helps.

I mean if you don't have enough change rooms or mirror or your pathways are blocked of course they are unhappy but I am having a problem that non of those things explain. At this point in time I'm level 20 I have 6 mirrors 5 change rooms 15 Racks 14 tables and 2 cash registers not to mention a large enough expansion that it is not possible for path ways to be blocked. Ok so here is my problem there has never been a moment where all 5 change rooms are in use I see customers going in to the change rooms the problem is half of the customers come out of the change room with broken hearts customers go look in the mirror and still leave unhappy! All my racks and rtables are full and each rack or table has a minimum of 6000 units or clothing each . . . I have been allowing customers in for 3 days now and each rack has fallen around 1000 units a peice beacuse of this problem I'm not earning money fast enough at this rate I wont sell out of cloths and be able to upgrade my shop for another 30ish days!!!!!! Also some one told me to rearrange my shop and that the changerooms y=could not be neer the grass wall and had to be in a strait line as this a glitch in the android version which I have, so I followed those suggestions and I'm still having problems I'm only earning like 20 some thousand a day . . . Compaired to my cafe story where I'm around the same level I'm makeing around 150 000 a day!

Customers Have To Find a Way To Go In If You Don't Have a Clear Path. 2. If you Have less Changing rooms Or Mirrors and there all occupied they'll leave.3. If You Have two shoes on a counter only 8people can check it. But if there are more people at the door waiting they"ll leave.ANWSER. You Can Block The Door With a Furniture Or Anything.

Na you all have it wrong listen to what we're saying. I have tons of changing room and 6 mirrors. For me there's two mirrors that no matter what girl looks in them they leave broken hearted. The path ways are clear the stsnd right in front of it then they leave.

I had the same issue and it really was something that wasn't aligned, that was slightly obstructing the customers. For me it was a fish tank that I put in between 2 cashiers by the door. Once I moved the fish tank it fixed it. It looked aligned to me but it did fix it once I moved it.

It's about having enough number of mirrors and changing rooms. I do not have any full length mirrors but just wall mirrors and they work well for shoes, too. You do not need to buy those expensive ones if you do not want to. Sometimes you may see broken hearts even though you have enough mirrors and changing rooms. Then it is about the number or distance of your cash registers with mirrors/changing rooms. I placed mirrors and changing rooms on one side of two walls each and my registers stand in the entrance and I do not see any unhappy customers.

These broken purple hearts usually pop up over a customer's head when they are not satisfied with something. If all your racks are filled with clothing and your counters are full of accessories and shoes, then it is probably because your customer's path is blocked. It could also be that your wall mirrors have something in the way (ex: dressing room, counter, display, etc.). Another reason could be that you have furniture, a counter, rack, etc. Near your cashier. The cashier should be free of any item next, in front of, or behind of it. Also, your customers shouldn't be walking through your cashier person because that can lead to broken hearts. Broken hearts can lead to a slower profit. It will take forever to earn coins. I hope I helped๐Ÿ‘Œ -add me at happycupcakes12 ๐Ÿ‘ˆ(-^ใ€‡^-)

My experience is that when you have to many items in your boutique, customers (like 3/4 or something) leave unhappy. In my case the shop is 12 x 14 (I guess) and I had 42 items standing in it, including decorations, excluding door. So I started taking items out one by one and saw that when I had 40 items left, customers where happy again. So when no paths are blocked or things like not enough dressingrooms or mirrors are definitely not it, try taking some stuff out of the boutique.
