I've upgraded and I'm in elite division. How do I go back to division 2 or 3 at least to start from there climbing the ladder myself?

Downgrade your stadium to rank down from elite to division 3, just go to your stadium option then downgrade.
Or if you don’t have the money to downgrade your stadium, you could relegate, which means you need to lose your game matches in order for you to rank down.
