Unfortunately no, as you need to finish in the top three of Division 3 to get to division 2 in order for you to get promoted.
Finish in the top 2 to get to division 1.
Finish in the top 1 to advance through Elite Division.
After that, you need to finish 1st in the Elite Division to advance through the International Cup.
If you win the International Cup, you’ll be able to enter the Allstar cup.
Reminders:
If you finish your league championship, you will automatically be promoted to the next division.
But if you don't have the right amount of seats in your stadium to cater your audiences, you will not be promoted to the next division.
Division 3 needs 15,000 seats
Division 2 needs 30,000 seats
Division 1 needs 45,000 seats
Junior Elite Division needs 60,000 seats
Elite Division needs 80,000 seats
