I have same problem. Ur best bet is support. I'm on a fire tablet and Waite 4 days for update. I think it's Amazon Tec,they are slow. I have been trying over a year to fix this. I'm still 4 days late. Update on Friday,I get it Tuesday. Every x. Goid luck
