I have a iPhone 4S, With 1GB of data monthly.
On apple devices, You can end running apps by
Double tapping the home button. If I end Bakery
Story and not use the app will it use any
Data or does it only use data when you play it??

As far as I can tell from my own experience playing on the same device, it only uses data when it is actually open.
