Question for Bakery Story

I have the iphone4s and can't seem to find the Bakery story Christmas edition, although some of my neighbours have Christmas decorations and things already. All I have is the Christmas goal to search for reindeers. Where do I get all the decorations and the other Christmas things?

Some people have decorations released from previous Christmas times so they can put those out before the new ones are released.
