If you leave tips in a bakery that doesnt play the game anymore will the tips eventually disappear or what happens to them?

The tips stay on the table until you collect them. Even if a player hasn't gotten on for a few weeks, the tips will still be there. The only way the tips are lost is when the game developers fix something in the game and there is usually a warning where they tell you your unclaimed tips/gifts/requests will be deleted. But it doesn't happen very often.
