My iPad says that I have the app Bakery Story, but I don't have the game! How to buy Bakery Story from AppStore when my iPad says that I already have the game?

I play bakery story n I miss out on receiving free gems for downloading another game on my iPad. It doesn't show gems to earn but on my android I can receive gems but not on my iPad how can I correct this problem
