Special gifts are stored in the tabs at the bottom. Look through each one carefully and you will eventually find an item with a tiny number 1 in the bottom right corner of something you did not previously buy. This is your gift. It's not always something big or exciting. You just have to take what you get. It can be disappointing considering the number of gems it costs.
