Guests will continue to walk in the door as long as it is not blocked. If you are talking about guests who tip, you have to be tipping other bakeries daily so that they return the favor. Also, be sure to post on their walls so that they know you were there. Many players only check their walls before returning tips. You will eventually move to the next level as long as you continue baking to gain points.
