You need to be at leat lv 3 on cop and racer. You need to reach a speed of 150mph then press home. Wait 10 miniutes, go back on and it will glitch and keep giving 150,000 bounty.

Its easy you have to go to quick play and before picking a car connect another controller then it should come up with a 1-4 player mode.

Yeah you can. It's extremely tough though. The extras on the right side of the map are for people who like to play hardcore NFS and so they buy extra things to spice up their cars and such.
