To get the best out of this game, you would really need to upgrade to the Pro Pack. Currently this is about $99 or 79p and is a one off purchase.
There is no way to cheat or hack to get the Pro Pack as it is a premium feature which the developers have integrated to pay for the costs of developing the game and maintaining the servers that it runs on. So really you should not even be thinking about trying to get this for free.
The Pro Pack will allow you to pick up certain in-game special items so you stand a better chance of competing in the game.
