What happens when you refresh the riverboat ? How long does the boat take to come back if you hit refresh?

The nice thing I have found about the refresh option is that you can send the riverboat back if you do not want to do a couple tasks that are too hard. Because the riverboat tasks each give you the items as you clear them, you have the option of only clearing the ones you want to before sending the boat on it's way. Note that it will always be gone the 3-4 hours that is allotted between deliveries. So if you refresh it then you will have to wait a few hours for the next boat.
