This mission involves tracking the targets and infiltrating dangerous locations. Your objective in the Three-Headed Serpent mission is to assassinate three key members of the Delgado drug cartel who rarely leave their heavily guarded homes in Santa Fortuna, a small rural village.

• Stir up some relationship drama that is brewing in the cartel so that it creates chaos.

• Pose as the new source who shows up to present him a new drug delivery method.
