Mumbai, India is the location of the fourth mission and involves eliminating three targets, one of which requires identifying. The main challenge of this mission 'Chasing a Ghost' is trying to find your quarry, a mysterious gang leader knonw as The Maelstrom amongst the hustle and bustle of the streets of Mumbai and then devising a way to eliminate him unnoticed in a crowd.

As nobody knows what the Maelstrom looks like you need to begin the assignment looking for clues about his appearance. The Maelstom is the leader of a gang called 'The Crows' whose headquarters is in the middle of the Mumbai slums. Go there to find a photo that you can use to pick him out of a crowd.

Your other two targets in this mission are Vanya Shah and Dawood Rangan. To assassinate Vanya Shah you will have to infiltrate her base at the train yard posing as a dress maker. The other target is Bollywood producer and sociopath mobster Dawood Rangan.

Tips to kill The Maelstrom, Vanya Shah, and Dawood Rangan

The Maelstrom,

• Reopen the barbers and cut his throat with a straight razor when he goes to the shop for a shave.

• Ambush him when he goes to visit old lovers in the city.

Vanya Shah

• Pose as a tailor to get a private one-on-one meeting with Shah to take her measurements.

• Attend the local laundry where she is trying to encourage the new foreman to work her employees harder.

Dawood Rangan

• Add more power to the industrial fan used for romantic scenes so that it blows him of the building.

• Pose as a hip US star to get a private meeting away from his adoring masses.
