In order to use EX Skills, you’ll have to unlock them through the Awaken tree first. Once you have unlocked them, the EX Skill will appear in the game. There will be 5 diamonds that you need to light up in order to use an EX Skill, and you can do this by using a chain skill. If all 5 Diamonds are turned blue, you can use an EX Skill.
