1: Conan

Created by American pulp fiction writer Robert E. Howard in 1932 Conan appeared in a series of sword and scorcery stories published in Wierd Tales magazine. The movie Conan the Barbarian was released in 1982, set in the mythical Hyboria it tells the story of how Conan of Cimmeria sets off to avenge the death of his parents at the hands of Thulsa Doom, the leader of a snake cult.

2: Wonder Woman

Wonder Woman was created by American psychologist and writer William Moulton and first appeared in All Star Comics #8 in 1941. The 2017 movie tells the story of how Diana, princess of the Amazons meets an American pilot who crashes on the hidden island of Themyscira and tells of conflict in the outside world. Diana, an Amazonian warrior in training decides to leave home to fight in the war where she discovers her full powers and true destiny.

Frodo Baggins was one of the main characters in English author J. R. R. Tolkien's 1937 fantasy novel The Lord of the Rings. In 2001 the first of a trilogy of movies based on the book was made telling the story of how the meek Hobbit from the Shire and eight companions set out on a long and perilous journey to destroy the powerful One Ring and save Middle-earth from the Dark Lord Sauron.
