Does anyone one know why this could be. Four of us completed mission halo in ghost with iron skull on legendary.
Here is the proof my gamertag is Gack Jibbs and you can check to see I don't have the achievement yet I have done what it requires.

Thats odd, Only two possible answers I can think of is: A) You didn't do it before 9/25? B) It says on the link that you didn't have meta score on. Don't you need that for skulls to be enabled? I'm guessing it's more of a glitch, bungie side for not showing meta enabled and yet still a skull is enabled. But really, all I can say is try again...
