Without doubt the best Mobile Suit in Gundam Evolution is Gundam Barbatos. What makes this Mobile Suit so effective is the melee tools Barbatos uses to rip Gundams apart. Its chargeable Mace, deals 700 damage on hit and stuns when it lands. Long Sword stuns enemies and deals 800 damage to Gundams directly below Barbatos. When these two attacks are combined togehter Barbatos can deal 1500 damage to a single enemy which makes it capable of taking down even the tankiest mobile suit in the game (Sazabi with 1400 health). Barbatos has a powered leap which is reset from its cooldown whenever you get a kill and allows him to immediately retreat before the enemy can retaliate. Below is a full list of Berbatos weapons and skills.
Main Weapon - Mace (Sweep)
Swing your mace in a wide arc, dealing damage and knockback to all enemies in melee range in front of you.
Sub Weapon - Mace (Smash)
Hold to charge up an energized slam attack, damaging and stunning enemies in front of you when released.
G-Maneuver - Alaya-Vijnana System
Activate the Alaya-Vijnana System, enabling slash attacks for a short time.
Active Skill 01 - Boost Jump
Perform a massive leap forward. Cooldown resets if you kill an enemy.
Active Skill 02 - Long Sword
Drive the weapon downward to damage and stun nearby enemies. Enemies reduced to 0 HP are destroyed rather than disabled.
