Quickly attack enemies in a cone shape and has a 30% chance to apply Chilling Dust.

Overall Olivia is a must have hero. She is one of the highest damage S rank heroes in the game. She is able to jump in easily and kill the enemy back line.

CLEO

Cleo is a healer made for PvP, her abilities are pure utility that a party needs. Removes enemy buff, strong single target heal and a small party heal when enemy buff is successfully removed.

Skill 1 - Heaven's Blessing

Cleo blesses her allies and instantly recovers up to 150% of magic attack power. With the Ring of Life, she will link hereself to one ally and heal up to 5% of their maximum HP over 8 seconds.

Skill 2 - Divine Punishment

In the designated location Cleo is able to Summon a staff that will deal 36% magic attack to nearby enemies and nullifies beneficial effects for 5 seconds.

Cleo is a super single target healer and an enemy debuffer. You can send one assault into their back line without sustaining all the damage and still deal damage at the same time. Plus benificial buff for them will be useless.
